Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care products or intimate wear) may not be eligible for return.

  • Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
